Обряди та звичаї села Пилипча, пов’язані з вагітністю жінки та народженням дитини

Анотація

У статті досліджено звичаї та обряди села Пилипча Білоцерківського району Київської області, пов’язані з пологовою обрядовістю. Авторка звертає увагу на історичну, культурну та обрядову значимість вивчення народних традицій у контексті розбудови української держави та збереження культурної спадщини. Проаналізовано особливості передпологового, власне пологового та післяпологового циклів, систематизовано поради, застереження та забобони, що побутують у регіоні. Методами дослідження стали аналіз наукової літератури, етнографічні спостереження та бесіди зі старожилами села. Дослідженням виявлено специфічні риси місцевої обрядовості, розкрито значення оберегів та магічних дій для забезпечення здоров’я матері та дитини. Практичний етап включив укладення  енциклопедії «Заборони і забобони для вагітних жінок». Авторка підкреслює необхідність збереження та передачі наступним поколінням духовного досвіду українського народу.

Abstract. The article examines the customs and rituals of the village of Pylypcha in the Bila Tserkva district of Kyiv region associated with childbirth traditions. The author draws attention to the historical, cultural, and ritual significance of studying folk traditions in the context of the development of the Ukrainian state and the preservation of cultural heritage. The study analyzes the specific features of the prenatal, childbirth, and postnatal ritual cycles and systematizes advice, warnings, and superstitions that exist in the region. The research methods included analysis of scholarly literature, ethnographic observations, and interviews with elderly residents of the village. The research identifies distinctive features of local ritual practices and reveals the importance of protective charms and magical actions intended to ensure the health of the mother and child. The practical stage of the study included compiling the encyclopedia “Prohibitions and Superstitions for Pregnant Women.” The author emphasizes the necessity of preserving and transmitting the spiritual experience of the Ukrainian people to future generations.
